She has over eight years of hair transplant experience. She has the staff and experience to perform over 2500 follicular unit grafts in a single session when appropriate for the patient and operates on only one patient per day in order to give them her undivided focus and attention.

Dr. Rosenberg’s highly trained staff, averaging twelve years of experience, carefully trim all follicular unit grafts under microscopes and then delicately place them into tiny recipient sites under her direct supervision. Using instruments as small as a 20 gauge needle, she carefully creates a mix of parallel (sagital) and perpendicular (coronal/lateral) incisions in order to mimic the natural direction of hair while maximizing the illusion of hair density.

Dr. Rosenberg often uses a single or an angled double blade to harvest the donor strip in order to minimize the risk of transection during the strip removal. Dr. Rosenberg utilizes the trichophytic closure technique to minimize the appearance of the donor scar. Dr. Rosenberg closes the donor area with sutures using a single layer running stitch which she feels is optimal for minimizing the appearance of the scar.

When appropriate for the patient, Dr. Rosenberg occasionally uses a small number of DFU's (double follicular units – 2 follicular units that are close together) which she believes can sometimes create a greater illusion of hair density in the midscalp region without sacrificing naturalness.

Dr. Rosenberg is a board certified diplomat of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery (ABHRS). She is also a member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) and College of Physicians and Surgeons in Ontario.
