28 year old man who was born with a crouzon syndrome and midline facial cleft. He underwent craniofacial surgery by Dr. Paul Tessier in Paris during childhood then a nasal reconstruction by using a midian forehead flap and a free radial forearm tissue transfer for the base of the nose. To camouflage the scarring and residual deformity I did a follicular unit graft reconstruction to the forearm flap in the upper lip (moustache) and the goatee and lateral beard.
