This is a man in his forties with type IV baldness. He had fine hair but good density and a higher than average hair/graft count. He underwent two surgeries (#1: 3036 grafts, 6269 hairs; #2: 3299 grafts, 7054 hairs) for a total of 6335 grafts and 13,323 hairs. A smaller third session is planned to add density to the crown.
