The patient, who is in his sixties was a previous benefactor of old plug surgery. His secret was hidden with an elaborate comb-over and products..His donor availability was limited but his actual hair quality was good. It had been planned to be a two stage process, with work to the crown having just been done.At his post op he gave us the OK to use his pictures but unfortunately we had not taken immediate post op shots.We felt that it was good to show because of the huge improvement noted.
