Discuss this patient on our Hair Restoration Forum Following in Jana's footsteps, I wanted to post an older result, this one from 2004 that I think is of value as well. This patient came to our practice in his early 20's having been on Propecia for two years. Dr. True conservatively replaced the patient's vellus (miniturized/thinning) frontal region with 1537 grafts. Currently he now has just permanent transplanted hair in the frontal third of this pattern. This patient has a high comfort level with just the one treatment result but is considering a second step to keep pace with hair loss progression he has noticed over the last couple years.
