I take take the big 3, propecia, minoxidil and nizoral shampoo, a must in my opinion...i also add copper peptides to my minox and take fish oils...I'd been on this regimen for 7 years before my transplant with good success |

| My Hair Loss Story. |
Started losing my hair at 18, but didn't notice till i was 21 and receding and thinning quickly. When i eventually came to the realisation that i'd be bald soon if i didn't do something, i became obbsessed with hair loss and was constantly looking in the mirror trying to convince myself that i was not really losing it after all, but i knew i was and decided to take action |
| How has my hair loss affected me? |
It did effect my self esteem but i learned to deal with it, mainly because i managed to stop my hairloss and used concealers to give myslef the appearance of thicker hair. |
| What hair loss treatments have worked best for me? |
Mainly the proven treatments of propecia, minoxidil, nizoral shampoo |
| Am I happy with my hair transplant experience and the results? |
So far everything is excellent and i don't expect any probelms, by doing your research and using a top doc like Dr Feller it helps elevate alot of uncertainty. |

Don't rush in to anything and do lots of research. Go with a top doc with proven results and that you like |
