 My Hair Loss Story.

I started to lose my hair around the age of 20. As with most young guys who lose their hair, it was very tough to deal with. Early on, I believe is was 1993, I visited Bosley of Chicago for a consultation. Thank god their price was way to high at the time and I could not afford to have a procedure done. Throughout my 20s, I just dealt with it. I tried not to let it affect my confidence on the outside but it certainly did on the inside. I experimented with various hairstyles and for the most part I was able to pull it off.

I was introduced to Rogaine in 1995 and began to experiment. I actually had some success with Rogaine 2% which bought me some time. As my 30s approached, of course I continued to lose the battle. It was clear that by the time I was in my 30s, and HT was going to be the only to assist in restoring my hair.

I have always taken care of my self physically. I have felt that the one thing that kept me from being 100% confident was MPB. In my mid 30s I became the target of balding jokes from my friends and I began to feel even more insecure about it. When I was 36, I had a bad hair day and I finally drew the line. I was in a good financial position and I knew it was time to pull the trigger. I then started doing some research and found this site. The rest is history. It has been an interesting battle to say the least.
