hair loss started at about age 20 and over the next 9 or 10 years, gradually lost most of the hair to reach about NW5 scale. Finally decided to do something about it and started researching about hair restoration surgery.

quite a bit I would say. Definitely less confidence in social situations, trying to avoid it a lot.
