Surgical Treatments:	I've had 5 HTS between 1995 and 2007, which I realise now was not the way to do things. - 300 micrografts by a Malaysian surgeon in Watford London 1995, not bad for back then - 400 " Nobel Clinic Surrey London 1999 - 1000 " Nobel Clinic Surrey 2001 - 1000 " Nobel Clinic Surrey 2004 - 1000 " Nobel Clinic Surrey 2007 Each HT has been around the hairline or front 3rd. I had never until recently considered them to be really bad transplants because: 1) I had nothing to compare them to until I discovered this forum so I naturally thought this is as good as it gets. 2) As a diffuse thinner you don't see the damage until the transplants start to outnumber your native hair 3) I have kinda course hair so never really saw an issue with my donar area as it always fell into place covering it up, that is until I started to take pictures for consultations and realised the full extent of the damage. May 2009 went for a Dr Feller repair

Started diffuse thinning at about 20, slowly continuing over the years front more so than the back

What hair loss treatments have worked best for me?

Moinoxidil since 1999 - Up until now I had only being using on front 3rd, but its difficult to judge the effectivness in the front due to having had transplants in the same area. Even so, I recently started using it on the crown/ mid scalp region also.

Finestride since Mar 09 - initial signs are good in that it looks like less shedding,

PRP June 5th 2009 - As I was still in New York, had a 1 treatment with Dr Feller today

Am I happy with my hair transplant experience and the results?

Up until now no, but have confidence in this one

What hair loss treatments would I recommend?

Minoxidil and Finestride ( Propecia), will let you know later on the PRP

How has hair restoration surgery changed my life?

HTs - Choose a Doc with a proven track record and come prepared on the day with your goals and concerns written down, as otherwise you will, 100% without doubt, forget to ask most of what you'd planned to ask on the day.
