My MPB started to bother me when it became more noticeable in my mid thirties, I waited about ten years to get my first HT. You will see pictures just before my first HT which took place in August 2003, then pictures taken in October 2006, over three years later, sorry I have nothing in between. I will be getting my second and I hope last HT in a few weeks and I will document everything much better this time.

My first hair transplant was ok but had I known about this forum beforehand I would have strategized differently, I would have gotten a much larger hair transplant resulting in a much higher density since for me it was almost more a matter of density rather than coverage.
