Started receeding around age 24, currently just turned 30, had 2360 grafts from Dr Rahal and so far very happy with total hair transplant experience.

Ive been lucky in that i got on propecia when i did as i believe my situation would be worse without it.  Last few years have been constantly checking hairline, restricted so certain cover-up styles, and generally paranoid people are looking at my hairline.

Very Happy, early days but happy with the dense packing and hairline.  Also would rcommend my surgeon not only for his work but genraly as a person Dr Rahal went beyond my expectations.

If your hair is thinning at an early age then definately get on propecia and try and wait until like me your late 20 s or in my case 29 before HT as this will mean less procedures in the fututre and also a better idea of where you are heading.  The miniturization i had in my temples now was not there few years ago so had i done HT then, i would now have more hair loss and results would be affected.

Dont make distance an issue, i m a londoner and havent even travelled north of watford but this is such a massive thing to do that distance should be no consideration, i booked went canada came back all in 1 week!  Best decision i made!
