 My Hair Loss Story.

I began losing my hair at 19 and started Propecia right away.  I'm 29 now and the recession has slowed...I don't really have much of a bald spot on my crown, just very slight thinning.  I have two younger brothers (one 23 and one 27, neither on Propecia) and they both have more advanced hair loss than I do.  I haven't liked what I see in pictures of me the last few years, and didn't realize until recently that it's because of my hair (Photoshop rocks! ha!).  I've gotten good at camoflaging the problem, but I'd love to have my real hair back in time for my 30th birthday!

How has my hair loss affected me?

It really was a blow to my self confidence at first, and has mutated over the years into an extreme annoyance.  I can never get my hair styled like I want it...so frustrating!

What hair loss treatments have worked best for me?

Propecia daily, and I use Spencer Forrest's Couvre tinted lotion.  It does a great job of filling in the thin spots, but I'd love to not have to worry about using it every day.  EDIT:  no more concealer!  didn't use it starting the day of the procedure and decided not to use it after.  How liberating!  Don't really need it much now.
