I have begun taking 1.25 finasteride every other day.

 My Hair Loss Story.

The idea of a hair transplant only came on to my radar screen a few months ago.  When I decided to look into it, I thought I would take months and months before getting to serious about persuing it.  When I found this website, everything started moving much faster than I could have imagined.  I didn't feel rushed, I just realized that using this resource to it's fullest, there was no reason to wait.  With Dr. Cooley I found the right doctor with the right priorities.  Great skill and unquestionable commitment to execellence in patient care.

How has my hair loss affected me?

I've been fortunate that my hair loss has not had any sort of profound effect on my life.

What hair loss treatments have worked best for me?

Before a few months ago when I began thinking of doing a hair transplant, I have never made any attempts at addressing the situation.

 My general advice and suggestions.

Read as many threads on the forum that you can find that seem remotely relavant to your situation.  Talk to, and visit if possible any doctor you are considering.  When you feel good about taking the next step, it makes a big difference.
