Question:
I want to have a hair transplant using the follicular unit transplantation (FUT) method this fall. But, I want it to be undetectable to colleagues. Is this possible?
Answer:
How obvious a recent hair transplant appears during the healing and hair growth phase will depend on several factors including but not limited to; whether or not your physician requires shaving of the entire head, the patient's degree of hair loss, skin and hair color, the patient’s healing characteristics and more.
If you have not yet chosen a physician, I recommend contacting one of our prescreened quality hair restoration physicians. You should discuss your concerns with your doctor who will be able to give you a realistic expectation based on your specific case.
