Forty-nine year old Thai male with receding frontotemporal hairline and diffuse thinning from the front toward the crown. He wanted his hair restored. FUT was done and 2,470 grafts (830 one-hair grafts, 234 one long and one short-hair grafts, 985 two-hair grafts, 421 three-hair grafts) were transplanted at the front toward the midscalp. The patient is maintained on oral minoxidil 5mg daily. Below are photos from before and 3 years after the procedure. He was very happy with the results.
