Am I a Candidate for Hair Transplant Surgery?

4/8/2014 4:09:16 AM

Question:

I have a hair loss problem. I'm 60 years old and only the back and sides of my scalp have some hair but it's not very thick. Is it possible for me to have hair transplant surgery?

Answer:

It’s impossible to tell if you are a candidate for hair transplant surgery without at least viewing photos. There are many factors to consider such as the caliber and density of your donor hair supply, the extent of your balding, your hair restoration goals, etc.

The best way to determine if you can benefit from surgical hair restoration is to consult with one or more of the skilled and experienced hair restoration physicians we recommend.
