Am I Experiencing Shock Loss after My Hair Transplant?

Almost 3 weeks after my hair transplant surgery I have lost hair in the donor area along the suture line. It looks like a localized, patchy alopecia. Will this get better with time? Is that a part of post surgery shock loss?

It most certainly sounds like you are experiencing normal post-operative shock loss. Shock loss can occur after a hair transplant, not only in the recipient area, but also in the donor area. This hair loss should be temporary and the lost hair should begin to grow back along with your transplanted hair at around 4 months post-op.
