My Hair Loss Story

Started thinning senior year of college.  Didn't really think anything of it at the time, but after a few years it really started to progress and I finally took some action.

How has my hair loss affected me?

Loss of self-esteem and confidence; unable to style.

What hair loss treatments have worked best for me?

Started Propecia last June (12+ months ago) and it has significantly slowed the loss.

Am I happy with my hair transplant experience and the results?

The actual procedure itself wasn't bad or painful at all.  Dr. Lindsey and his staff were extremely pleasant and went to lengths to make me feel comfortable.  The first week was a little rough, but after that it wasnt too bad.  The first three months are a little awkward and go by very slowly.  However, once you get past that 3 month mark time FLIES by because you're not even thinking about it anymore.

I'm very happy with my results thus far and am looking forward to the next few months as it continues to thicken.

What hair loss treatments would I recommend?

If you're losing your hair, start Propecia immediately.

How has hair restoration surgery changed my life?

I can style my hair again!  Confidence is back, not looking in the mirror all the time to make sure my hair doesn't look really bad.  I don't even think about it anymore, which is exactly why I had the procedure done in the first place.

My general advice and suggestions.

If you're unhappy and interested, do your research, find a good doctor, be realistic, and DO IT!!  My recommendation is to give Dr. Lindsey a call and set up an appointment ASAP.
