How has my hair loss affected me?

Hair loss has affected me on a social level as well as the personal level. The curse gets worse when you are just 25 years of age, looking to start out life on a full flow.

What hair loss treatments have worked best for me?

I would definitely say it was the finasteride. I started taking fin 1mg when I was 20. I also combined it with tons of multivitamins and minoxidil, but I can't say for sure how effective were those. Plus tons of marketing material such as the fancy hair loss control shampoos and products, well everyone is naive at some point right?

Am I happy with my hair transplant experience and the results?

So far yes. I am waiting for time to pass by and I can say more then.

What hair loss treatments would I recommend?

Finasteride. I guess minoxidil works for some people, but I find the stuff messy and inconvenient. I also don't like the fact that hairs become dependent on it. Plus if you are in the US, rogaine can become pretty expensive.

How has hair restoration surgery changed my life?

I can shower without having to worry about not having a defined hairline. I can be more social, without having people peeping at the thin frontal portion.

My general advice and suggestions.

Research your options. Evaluate the number of grafts you have and most important thing is that be economical on the usage of grafts because 80% of the time you are going to be needing a second/followup procedure.
