Looks good

Hey JM,

looks good so far! Dont look at other blogs.
Everybody has his indivdiual charakteristics ! Be patience and i
believe that u will love to have some more hairs soon, perhaps in 1 or2
month, there a lot of new babies sprouting out.

Than u will have more options to style your hair and u will love it ;-)

Good luck and dont look so often in the mirror ... :-)

Only the Beginning

JM,

It looks like some of the transplanted hair is really starting to sprout.  But this is only the beginning!  Remember that hair grows at different times and many of the transplanted hairs are still brewing beneath the surface and will eventually come through.  You have a LONG way to go until you see the final result!  The results will come with time.

Enjoy your holidays!

Shock Loss

Shock loss is typical at this point in the game but typically starts to grow back around the same time as the transplanted hair.  You are on your way - but it will take some time and it will go slowly.  Try to be patient in the meantime and have faith that it will grow!

Thanks for keeping us up to date.

The Waiting Game

JM,

As the title of my post indicates, you are now playing the waiting game!  At 7 weeks, you look like you have healed nicely - minimal redness and maybe a few pimples which is a sign of activity underneath the scalp of the hair growth to come.

Keep us posted!

Healing

JM,

You are healing very nicely indeed!  In a few weeks expect the grafts to start falling out.  As you know, this is normal.  But they will rise again starting at about 3 to 5 months!

Keep us posted!

Congrats

JM,

Congratulations on your recent HT with Dr. Feller.  Your immediately post op pictures look perfectly normal.  It is also normal to experience some skin secretions and discolorization for the first 10 days or so.  As the scabs come off, the scalp will look much more normal though your scalp may be red/pink for awhile after the transplant but will eventually fade away.

Get some rest and heal well!  I hope you'll keep us updated with your progress.
