Non-Surgical Treatments:

rogaine - now stopped (dont think I need it now)
started finesteride (propecia) 5 days ago.

My Hair Loss Story

Began losing hair at about 18. Hair loss history from both sides of the family so was doomed from the beginning. Started using Rogaine foam about a year ago with poor results. Ended up flying to Phoenix to get a HT which I believed was the best thing to do, after extensive research.

How has my hair loss affected me?

I was sick of being the "bald guy" with people chucking comments at me saying Im losing hair. Yes, I know Im losing hair - thank you for rubbing it in!

Was tired of comb downs, avoiding the wind , theme parks etc.

What hair loss treatments have worked best for me?

Too early to tell. Had the HT recently and started propecia 5 days ago.

Am I happy with my hair transplant experience and the results?

Experience was great, the staff at biltmore were very helpful. Local Anesthetic hurt quite a bit and wore off quickly. I thought it was just me until I read other reviews of patients at biltmore who commented the same. It wasnt a big problem though, the staff really made up for it.

What hair loss treatments would I recommend?

Im no expert but imho HT's are the way forward.

How has hair restoration surgery changed my life?

I can wash my hair with shampoo now without worrying itll get dry and frizzy and my bald parts will start showing after the wind has blown over.

Actually, again its too early to tell. My hair has not started growing yet but confidence has certainly increased already.

My general advice and suggestions.

research research research before you commit to anything.
