ErdoganFUE's - Profile page August 2016 - 5518 grafts - Pre-Op Shaved

You can do a simple search for other posts for an example from
most any another Erdogan posters about the general overall top-notch experience
that you can expect from the ASMED clinic instead of rewriting it all, as
pretty much everyone says the same thing (basically about how great it is and
what to expect).  You stay either at a
nearby hotel (with plenty of food options, supermarkets, movie theater, mall
etc. within walking distance in either direction from the hotel).  I had a two-day procedure so 3 nights were
included (2 if you have a one day procedure) with breakfast, which was
amazing.  Be sure to fuel up because it’s
a long day.  It is my understanding that
you can pay more and stay at the clinic too if you choose. My patient advocate was Sevinc and she was amazing, answered
all questions, emails and arranged everything.
They make sure that you don't have to worry about a thing, transportation,
lodging, etc.   I arrived at about 5.30PM in Istanbul at Sabiha Airport
(SAW) on a Thursday, the day before the consult on a Friday.   After coming through Turkish customs I
spotted my name on a sign being held by the driver. I recognized his face as
the clinic had sent me a pic of their three drivers beforehand so I would
recognize him. The driver was sharply dressed in a nice fitting suit. He spoke
a little English, enough for small talk and to answer any initial questions I
had. He called Sevinc straight away to let her know I had arrived safely, she
spoke to me on the phone just to confirm my appointment time for the next day
and make sure everything was okay which was nice. The trip from the airport to
the Radisson Blu Asia hotel (preferred hotel of the clinic), took about 1/2
hour.  The hotel itself is very modern
(gym/pool/spa), the staff speaks good English, the food is good, absolutely no
complaints about any of the accommodation.
Your business day before the procedure you have pictures
taken showing the true extent of your loss (get ready to see it in bright
lights on a computer, a bit shocking to someone who had been using Dermmatch
for a few years and had fooled myself that I still had hair, haha), then meet
with Dr. Erdogan and go over your goals/set expectations. I told him I didn’t
travel all the way to Turkey to not max out as many possible grafts that we
could do, which he said over two days was 5,500, so I told him that's what I
wanted.
