Alex's - Profile page 4-weeks-and-5-days
All of these pictures were taken on the same day - July 15, 2008. For some reason, the camera seems to make it appear that I have a lot more hair than I actually have at certain camera angles. Most of what you see is still not the transplanted hair. However, the propecia and rogaine do seem to be working well at the perimeter.
I buzzed my head with a number 2 attachment. I'm sorry I did it because the donor area really shows now. However, the scar area seems to be healing nicely. I'm a little concerned because there is an area of about 1/8-1/4" below the scar itself that doesn't appear to be growing hair. I don't know if that's from shock or simply where it was closely shaved for the surgery. Nevertheless, I had assumed that the skin directly above and below the actual scar would be growing hair as usual. It doesn't appear that way. I'm a little concerened. Any comments regarding this would be greatly appreciated.
Really strange but this camera angle makes it look like there's a lot more hair than there is. As you can see, I shouldn't have buzzed my hair so close (#2). The donor area REALLY shows.
