Hey, Everyone!Well, here we are at Month 3, and unfortunately not much more real "news" to report!I know everyone who has the surgery experiences the same thing around Months 2-4: "Hurry up and wait..." That's pretty much where I am right now(and yes, Gemini1, too)... That continuing "dormant" phase where I KNOW things are happening beneath the surface, and a few months will make all the difference, but right now it feels like it will never happen! Thank God for Dr. H, and his staff (and also the many reassuring posts on this website!) who continue to remind us that is EXACTLY what to expect at this stage and that "this too shall pass..."On the upside, the scalp-swelling and itching continue to subside, and now are more occasional bothers than they are everyday concerns.  The pinkness also continues to fade, and while the "outline" of the new hairline is still present, it is faint, and far less noticeable. Only occasionally now is there any trace of actual pain or discomfort in the donor or recipient areas, though they are both still slightly tender to the touch... The "wisps" continue to come in slowly but surely, though again, it feels like they may be more of the old hairs returning than the new ones showing their faces yet!  Whichever they are, I'm grateful for their return! We'll keep keeping you posted!
