Concerns about Minimal Hair Growth 1 Month After Hair Transplant Surgery

I had a hair transplant of 2,737 grafts on March 26th. I can literally count the small hairs on my head that have started to grow in. I would think that I would be able to see more one month later. I understand it takes 9 to 12 months for maturation, but shouldn’t I be able to see more hair growth? Or am I simply being impatient?

Most of the new transplanted hair falls out between 2 to 4 weeks after hair transplant surgery while only a few will continue to grow. But don't worry. The transplanted follicles are dormant underneath the scalp and will start producing new hair in 3 to 5 months. As you know, it takes a full year for your hair transplant to grow and mature. Thus, as difficult as it can be to wait, patience is paramount.
