V. G. , 40 year old male, with a diagnosis of Androgenetic Alopecia Norwood IV with thinning forelock; He had hair transplantation – 3662 grafts (7873 hairs), 1-hair 449, 2-hairs graft 2215, 3-hairs graft 998; Grafts were placed over the front and crown with a conservative hairline . No untoward complications were noted during and after surgery. Patient had good results and is very happy and would like to come back to add on density later.Before and after photos are shown below at 9 months post op.:

Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
