This hair transplant case documents proper hair loss management i.e. medical therapy (Propecia) and establishing appropriate permanent natural replacement in a younger patient in the frontal third over a span of 8 years. A total of 1764 grafts were allocated (876 & 888). Propecia initiated in 2004.
