When can I start wearing a hat after a hair transplant?

Many hair transplant patients are concerned how to hide their surgery from their family, friends, and even strangers. The good news is, you can start wearing a loose fitting hat immediately after hair restoration surgery. Be sure however, not to rub up against the transplanted hair and be extremely careful putting on and taking off your hat. Ten days after hair transplantation, the follicular unit grafts will be secured in your scalp and you will be able to wear a normal fitting hat to conceal your hair transplant.
